Onboarding Instructions for Airwave Research

Activate your license key

Getting started with Airwave requires a license key which is provided from the Airwave team. If your organization does not yet have a license key, you can get one by reaching out at https://www.airwaveresearch.com/get-access.

Once you have a license key:

1. Go to https://www.airwaveresearch.com/signup
2. In the License Key field, enter your license key.
3. In the Organization Name field, put your desired organization name.
4. In the Email field, enter your business email.
5. In the Password field, enter your password. This must be at least 8 characters long and is personal to you.
6. Click "Sign up."

You will now be logged in.

Invite teammates

To invite teammates to join your organization, you can go to the Settings page, which can be found on the sidebar. Then, type the colleague's email in the text box underneath the Invite label and click “Invite”.

A license key can only be used once

Once a license key has been used, it cannot be used again. If you need to add more users, you can invite them through the Settings page.
