Valuation Update: Market-based Pricing from 7 New Transactions

We are excited to announce that we have published a new paper on spectrum valuation, available to Airwave customers today.

The paper includes analysis of 7 new transactions with publicly-disclosed prices, as well as discussions of buyer dynamics on spectrum value.

The updated valuations discussed in the paper are available through the "Marked-based" valuation profile.

This valuation profile will index more heavily on real market prices, as opposed to intrinsic value. As discussed in the paper, this deviation can be extreme in bands that resemble a monopsony.

All 7 transactions are available in the platform today. The new transactions can be accessed by going to Valuation > Secondary Market Transactions.
